8th Grade Promotion Information & Requirements

Location : Coachella Valley High School Gym

Date: June 6, 2025

Time: 4:00 pm, Arrive by: 3:00 pm

Attire: Wear Promotion Shirt and Black Pants.

Six Flags Magic Mountain Field Trip: June 6, 2025 from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Promotion Lunch Party: June 4, 2025 during 5, 6 and 7th periods.

No Fails, No "F"

No excess absences 

No excess  tardies

Follow school and classroom expectations:

• Be Safe
• Be Responsible
• Be Respectful 

*Each student situation is different - will need to meet with admin and counselors*

No serious infraction of school/district rules, at Principal’s discretion, generally applying, total of five (5) days of suspension or any single suspension of five (5) days or more.

Purchases can be made outside Room 801 during both lunches on Thursdays and Fridays. Cash only.
